Company Driver

All Drivers are generally out during the week and home on the weekends, with an occasion to be out over the weekend.

Pneumatic drivers have a higher likelihood of being out over the weekend than hopper drivers. Those selecting longer periods out may be accommodated.

Driver Pay Schedule

Hopper Bottom Start at 23% of the gross and work up to 25% of the gross. We also pay $.25 cents per mile after 50 miles of dead head per load. Hopper rate per mile with never fall below $.45/mile.

Pneumatics start at 20% of the gross and work up to 22% of the gross and receive $1.50 per ton to off load. If hauling local loads starting pay is 28% of the gross and goes up to 30% of the gross. Pneumatic rate per mile will never fall below $.50/mile.

Requirements:

  • Two years tractor trailer experience
  • Less than seven points on your MVR
  • No DUI, DWI, Reckless Driving or Careless Driving within the past 10 years

Owner Operator

All drivers are generally out during the week, home most weekends.

Pneumatic drivers have a higher likelihood of being out over the weekend than hopper drivers. Those selecting longer periods out may be accommodated. We also hire owner operators to work locally in the state of Florida.

Owner Operator Pay Schedule – Local and OTR

Hopper Bottom We pay you 75% of the gross to pull our trailer and 90% to pull your own trailer.
Pneumatic We pay you 72% of the gross to pull our trailer, 90% to pull your own trailer.
We pay 100% of fuel surcharges.

Hiring Map

Requirements:

  • Two years tractor-trailer experience
  • Less than seven points on your MVR –
  • Late model equipment, less than 260″ wheelbase, less than 19,000 lbs. with you and fuel
  • Liability insurance – $110 per week
  • Bobtail insurance – $7.38 per week
  • Occupational accident insurance – $35.80 per week
